The purchase and registration areas of our site (OnLine Shop) are secure. This means that any information you send us is protected by encryption to prevent unauthorized access to your information. The secure site is indicated in the URL with the use of "https://", and generally reflected in the address bar or at the bottom of your browser with a lock or key graphic.

Any links to external web sites may be developed by people over whom Reliable Hardware Company exercises no control. These other sites may place their own cookies on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information.

Reliable Hardware Company may present links in a format that enables us to understand whether they have been followed. We use this information to understand and improve the quality of our products and web site. For instance, this data helps us determine how popular a product is and if there is anything we can do to improve on it.

Returns

Your Satisfaction is guaranteed. We will honor your request for a ''No Hassle'' refund with certain restrictions within 30 days after shipment. Items returned after the 30 day period will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. Items to be returned require a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Any items returned for credit must be received at our office in NEW/UNUSED condition. Returned items must be sent freight pre-paid. Returned items shipped Freight Collect will be refused. Custom Speaker Grills, Cut Aluminum, Cut Carpet, Cut Tolex or other Made-to-Order items are not returnable. Items specially made or modified to your specifications that required First Article Approval are not returnable. Shipping costs in either direction are not refundable.
