	Returns Your Satisfaction is guaranteed. We will honor your request for a ''No Hassle" refund during 30 days after shipment with certain restrictions. Items returned after the 30 day period will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. Items to be returned require a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Any items returned for credit must be received at our office unused and in NEW/UNUSED condition. Returned items must be sent freight pre-paid. Returned items shipped Freight Collect will be refused. Custom Speaker Grills, Cut Aluminum, Cut Carpet, Cut Tolex or other Made-to-Order items are not returnable. Items specially made or modified to your specifications that required First Article Approval are not returnable. Shipping costs in either direction are not refundable.
